Thanks All. Phillip has called this a Follicular Mixed Tumor. I assume because the final image shows some keratinisation. It was away from the salivary gland. So last two diagnoses have caught you all out! Better luck today!

I can sense from Dr Iskandar's comment that we r wrong!!!!.The most important feature here , I believe, r the lovely hyaline cells (plasmacytoid appearance) in figure 3. These are seen in hyaline cell rich apocrine mixed tumor (chondroid syringoma) or in myoepithelioma group of tumors or in pleomorphic adenoma. However, the presence of many ductal structures is against the classic myoepithelioma, so if this is not chondroid syringoma then I will go for pleomorphic adenoma or adenomyoepithelioma. Mostly arising in relation to the parotid gland or salivary glands.
