The diagnosis is desmoplastic trichilemmoma. The central sclerotic part of the lesion is seen in the first and forth images and if one is unware of this variant one may mistaken this for invasion!

I suggest trichelemmal carcinoma, desmoplastic trichelemmoma or lastly and less possibly clear cell hidradenoma I REALLY hope to be on the right track!!!
