Masson's tumor is correct. It has arisen in a hemangioma. Figure 4 is reminiscent of a sinusoidal variant. I want to emphasize Iskander's comments. Folk who have nice cases that they would like entered into the spot diagnosis slot, please do send the case(s) to Iskander. It would be a lot of fun.

Dear All,

Many thanks to those who have offered to send cases in for spot diagnosis. We have now set up a system to allow you to send in cases as follows:

1. If you would like to submit a case please send it to me (address below) as a non-returnable high quality recut (HE) of the case and a single additional slide if it helps in the diagnosis (e.g. special stain/ immuno) although this would be rare.
2. Please supply a very brief clinical summary plus the diagnosis
3. Send an email to online@oxbridgemedica.com to say you are sending material and the number of cases
3. Send the cases to: Iskander Chaudhry, 70 Lorraine Road, Timperley, Altrincham, WA15 7ND, UK
4. Once recieved we will send an email to confirm receipt and then send these as a batch on to Phillip to review and photograph.
5. *** PLEASE do not email photographic images of your case - for quality assurance you must send the glass slide.
6. Finally it would make sense to batch your cases and may be send a few at a time.

Many thanks and we hope you find the spot diagnoses useful.

Regards

Iskander
(On behalf of Phillip McKee
