This is certainly dystrophic calcification. The multinodularity and striking granulomatous response is reminiscent of tumoral calcinosis where necrobiotic change in the collagen is a feature in early lesions. I suppose with a history of SLE, the features also might represent calcified end stage lupus profundus. Have a great weekend. Phillip
