Wow! You are a clever bunch - the diagnosis is Pseudolymphoma. Many possibilities but this was secondary to hepatitis type-B vaccination - you are forgiven for not getting that bit right! Have a lovely Xmas break.

Lymphocytoma cutis, B cell lymphoid hyperplasia (a tengibile body macrphage is seen), Could be induced by an insect bite as there is relatively large amount of esinophils.
