This is a very difficult case - the diagnosis is reactive angioendotheliomatosis. It requires and index of suspicion and correlation with the clinical.

Superficial and deep lymphocytic infiltrate. I agree the quality of the collagen doesn't look like that of the thigh area. Maybe that is a clue but can't think of any specific diagnosis here. Th erythematous papules make me think of Jessners lymphocytic infiltrate. Agree with other differentials

this looks like a biopsy from the back, not exactly from the thigh... however a superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate with some neutrophils with mild edema. It could be drug reaction, urticaria. I do not see any vasculitis.
