Well done ... you finally got it (some of you!) - the diagnosis is sclerosing perineurioma. Good luck with tomorrow's case - I will be covering to the end of the week and then Phillip will be back from Xmas vacation.

If none of the above..this needs immunoes! I would have shot for Traumatic Neuroma in the first instance, but since is not what you called it. I would hedge for a vague haemangiopericytomatous pattern on low power - is this a MYOPERICYTOMA ???
