It is definitely an immuno' case and the final diagnosis was Synovial sarcoma (monophasic)!

Thought this looked like a Low grade fibromyxoid sarcoma with focal fibrosarcomatous change. However need immuno to differentiate Malignant schwannoma and monophasic synovial sarcoma.
