KS, plaque. I saw some suggestion of granular clumps in the high power shot that made me think of bacillary angiomatosis in this setting. Dr. McKee--I agree w/your sentiment about NYC, but am partial because I was born and raised here. I'm happy to know that others appreciate this place too.
