a lot of necrosis, hemorrhage and clear cells with very atipical nuclei. With a history of hematuria, i will favor a metastatic renal cell carcinoma.

Morphologically, the features are those of a clear cell neoplasm. The clinical history of haematuria would point toward a metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma. I would like to do immunohistochemical stains such as an AE1/3, Vimentin, Pax2 or Pax8, Renal cell carcinoma marker together with a CD10 to confirm.

With the history of hematuria, This is a typical case of metastatic high grade renal cell carcinoma, clear cell type. CD10 is required to confirm.
