Although it has a predilection for adult males,collagenous Fibroma is the one which fits pathologically.

Densly collagenous stroma, hypocellular, large stellate fibroblasts and few small BV, I am also thinking in Colllagenous Fibroma (desmoplastic fibroplastoma).. Lovely..
