The lesion is composed of proliferating benign looking spindle cells with oval to spindle nuclei,intermigled with collagen bundles. Eosinophilic paranuclear inclusions are seen. The apperances are those of inclusion body fibromatosis. The above mentioned inclusions are positive for Masson trichrome ,actin and PTAH,but negative for PAS.
