AGREE. BENIGN SPINDLE CELL NEOPLASM WITH A PROMINENT HEAMANGIOPERICYTIC-LIKE GROWTH PATTERN. I FAVOUR AN EXTRA-PULMONARY SOLITARY FIBROUS TUMOUR (SFT) - WOULD CONFIRM WITH CD34 STAIN. HOWEVER, IN VIEW OF THE PATIENT'S AGE AND THE SITE OF THIS LESION, ANOTHER DIFFERENTIAL WORTH CONSIDERING WOULD BE THAT OF A DEEP BENIGN FIBROUS HISTIOCYTOMA (BFH).

Spindle cell neoplasm with many vascular spaces, the 3rd image mimics a hemangiopericytoma pattern. There is also stromal hyalinization. I will go for a solitary fibrous tumor.
