The final diagnosis is Adenoma sebaceum. This was one of several red papules on the face of a child, in the context of Tuberous sclerosis. Thanks for your diagnoses and look forward to hearing from you tomorrow.

Angiofibroma, some used to call this lesion perifolicular fibroma but I think this term is nowadays controversial..
