Well done, all of you. This is a classic field from an epithelioid sarcoma although one would have to perform immunohistochemistry to exclude the very numerous spindle cell sarcomatous differential diagnoses. In addition, spindle cell squamous carcinoma and melanoma are important considerations. Have a great weekend.

Zone of necrosis surrounded by predominantely spindled and few epithelioid cells with vesicular nuclei and esinophilic cytoplasm.. Like what Eman said, I am thinking in Epithelioid Sarcoma,,
