Agree could be amelanotic melanoma. We also considered a true histiocytic neoplasm (rather nice ground glass appearance and histiocyte like cells). Seems to have a distinct reticuling framework around cells so how about a malignant glomus in the differential. Beautiful image Dr Mckee!!!
