I think it's a pilomatricoma, still the possibility of malignancy cannot be ruled out in this high power field, "margins of the lesion need to be studied". Shadow cells are clearly seen in the upper, left corner of this photo.

Quite right again. This is a metaplastic melanoma (melanoma with heterologous differentiation). The diagnosis however depends upon clinical history (there was a previously excised melanoma at this site) and also immunohistochemistry. Well done

I percieved ghost cells @ the RT corner ,so i will be favouring pilomatricoma or pilomatrix carcinoma.

Difficult - reminds me of the case of melanoma with osteo-chondroid metaplasia shown in the professor`s teaching video- but I may be wrong.

This to me is a very difficult case. I percieved the right part as osteoid tisssue. The cells in the left part to me are malignant cells that look like epithelioid melanoma cells, some are a little bit ? spindled.. I thought of sarcomatoid osteogenic melanoma.. I might be totally out of the track!! Anxious to know the correct diagnosis.. I realy love these challenging cases.. Thank u Sir!!
