There is hyperkeratosis, minimal follicular hyperkeratosis, interface dermatitis with vacuolar degeneration. Some hyalinization of the collagen beneath the epidermis on the right side or ??? fibrin deposition. I think there is thickening of basement membrane on the left side. I am not sure but mucin deposition may be present in upper dermis. Superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate. I am favouring LE (SLE or subacute).
