Once again, well done all of you. Subcutaneous panniculitis-like TCL is the correct diagnosis. Sometimes lupus profundus can mimic this condition quite closely. Obvious clues include the presence of plasma cells, germinal centers and hyalinization (fat and blood vessel walls). B-cell lymphoma can also rarely present with a similar pattern.
