Malignant spindle cell lesion with elongated hyperchromatic nuclei and eosinophilic cytoplasm with occasional clear to vaculated cytoplasmic changes. The differential is wide but I suggest poorly differentiated sebaceous carcinoma in top of differential and round cell liposarcoma (lipoblast-like cells in figure 4. Further workup is required.
