A very difficult case and obviously immunohistochemistry is required to come to a correct diagnosis. I think that the second image is the most helpful showing a tumor island surrounded by a dense lymphoid infiltrate. Well done to those who diagnosed a lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma on the H/E.

Malignant tumor, My first impression is inflammatory MFH. The differential includes Metastatic carcinoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma and melanoma.
