This case represents a semantic problem. I would accept a diagnosis of either pigmented spindle cell nevus of Reed or else a pigmented Spitz nevus since the cells in the lower left image are epithelioid. I don't think it matters which you call it. Pigmented epithelioid cell nevus is merely a variant of Spitz nevus in which the cells are epithelioid, large and very heavily pigmented.
