Congratulations Richard. You are quite right, the diagnosis is extra-skeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma. Another case courtesy of Alex Lazar. Myxoid liposarcoma is a good differential but there were no lipoblasts in the tumor.

The cells (in extra-skeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma)are usually arranged in cords or small groups with deeply eosinophilc cytoplasm which I can not appreciate in the imgages. However, it is still the 1st differential.
