A difficult case. The tumor was diffusely CD34 positive and was diagnosed as an atrophic DFSP

Need immunos. I was thinking of the differentials DFSP, cd34+ve medallion like dermal dendrocyte tumour, cellular atypical neurofibroma and Desmoid fibromatosis (due to the pleomorphic stellate/ spindle cells in the HP field, but probably a bit too superficial for this entity).

I will add a differential of "Plaque-like CD34-positive dermal fibroma (medallion-like dermal dendocyte hamartoma)". I have only seen it presented in meetings but should be relatively superficial (this lesion looks pretty deep). Agree with suggestions of perienurioma and DFSP in the differential here.
