Tight perivascular cuffing of superficial and deep vessels by lymphocytes and a few histiocytes. There does seem to be low grade vasculitis (lymphocytic) with extravasation of RBC, endothelial swelling and some fibrin. The epidermis appears relatively unaffected but the bottom right image I think is showing some vacuolar BM change. The clinical info, suggestion of vacuolar change and also possibly some mucin in the bottom left image makes me think Tumid LE. However histological DD includes PMLE, EAC.
