The final diagnosis is Apocrine papillary adenoma. A bit more solid that you would expect but no atypia.

Looks like an adenocarcinoma, partly papillary. She is quite young! I guess we would have to rule out metastatic from breast, ovary, lung etc Most skin primaries express p63 and CK5 while metastatic adenocarcinoma are usually negative.
