You all like appendage tumors. The diagnosis of spiradenoma is correct. The lymphocytes are an integral component of this tumor and can be so florrid that the lesion is sometimes misdiagnosed as a lymph node. Now I see why you like Thursdays, Mona, mind you the 458 Italia is much more beautiful and an awful lot more fun!!!!!
