A much more difficult case which is almost impossible without immunochemistry. The final diagnosis was Primary cutaneous follicle-center lymphoma. Well done for those who suggested the diagnosis based on the 'B cell' pattern on H&E.

Cutaneous lymphoma. There seems to be no epidermotropism. Although B cell lymphoma is most likely (follicular vs MALT), differential diagnosis also includes primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium sized pleomorphic T cell lymphoma.

B cell proliferation pattern, bottom heavy (2nd image), I can c cleaved cells (centrocytes) in addition to larger cells with vesicular nuclei and prominent nucleoli. Thinking in B cell lymphoma, favoring follicle centre cell lymphoma (diffuse and follicular type). IHC is mandatory
