Thanks for this case, Phillip. Vascular lesions are not my strong point, and I feel ignorant about this case despite spending half my working time as a paediatric dermatologist! Ignoring the clinical information provided and looking at the slides blind without knowledge of Glut-1 positivity, how would it be possible to come to the diagnosis of infantile haemangioma?
