I have just managed to access the site and there are still problems which I assume that you all have. The images do not enlarge which makes this case very difficut. However, if you look very closely in Fig 3 you can see an intracytoplasmic lumen containing an erythrocyte (just above center). The lesion is an epithelioid angiosarcoma. Vascular markers were positive.

Malignant epithelioid proliferation with prominent nucleoli.Vascular invasion is seen. My main consideration is epithelioid sarcoma (proximal-type morphology). Immunohistochemistry is crucial.
