This is a difficult case. I think that the two lower images fit well with actinic granuloma although other granulomatous conditions asociated with elastophagocytosis (seen in the bottom right image) enter the differential diagnosis. Interstitial granulomatous dermatitis associated with drugs is also worth considering. I think that the lymphocytic and plasma cell cell infiltrate is a red herring since as far as I know, there was no evidence of any lymphoma.
