Not too difficult. Lichen amyloidosis is correct. Clinicopathological correlation is important. The history of a lichenoid papular eruption on the back implies multiple lesions presenting as papules. Lichenoid keratosis is invariably solitary in my experience and presents as a scaly plaque. It is associated with a much heavier band-like infiltrate sometimes containing plasma cells and an occasional eosinophil and the faceted small amyloid deposits seen in Fig 4 are not a feature.
