Pigmented Spitz nevus is correct. I tend to regard pigmented spindle cell nevus of Reed in the same category as Spitz nevus but the high power in this case shows the cells to be epithelioid rather than spindled.

As I understand it, in Reed's naevus there are more horizontally-oriented nests and heavy migration of pigment into the keratinocytes above the nests, both lacking in this naevus.
