First some really exciting news. Sook-Bin Woo has just published a book called "Oral Pathology: a comprehensive atlas and text". It is part of the ExpertConsult.com series. It is fabulous and the answer to anyone who has problems with oral pathology. It contains clinical images as well as an abundance of histology. An absolute must buy!! Although I can see why you have all gone for nodular fasciitits, the correct diagnosis is an ancient schwannoma. Perhaps the vascularity in figure 2 and the cell population on the left in figure 4 are clues
