Epithelioid blue nevus. I dont see mitosis or enlarged nuclei to think in pigmented epitheliod melanocytoma.

This case is courtesy of Chris Fletcher, You are all correct. This is an epithelioid blue nevus. There is no pleomorphism, macronucleoli are absent and there are no mitoses.
