Female 22 years who presented with a nodule on the finger. Subsequently, she developed nodules on the hand and forearm.

Suppurative granulomatous inflammation, given the clinical history I think it would be consistent with sporotrichosis (lymphangitic form) though I can not see the fungus. PAS stain and levels to identify the pathogens are required.

Agree, suppurative granuloma. It could be a sporotrichosis or an atypical mycobacteriosis.

Suppurative "pyogranulomas". I agree with ascending nodular lymphangitis sporotrichosis. I countries like Chile, Mycobacterias is part of the DD too.
