I don´t see atypia. Condiloma acuminata.

While the keratinocytes are large, the retes are not bulbous and it is not frankly invasive. With the wedge shape hypergranulosis, I will go for HPV infection i.e. condyloma acuminata.

Dear All, Phillip is a way this week and so I am covering! The final diagnosis is [font=arial, sans-serif][size=3]Verrucous carcinoma - there is subtle atypia which characterises these lesions. Many thanks for your contributions, Iskander[/size][/font]
