Digital papillary adenocarcinoma. Tubuloalveolar and ductal structures with areas of papillary projections protruding into cystic lumina - Cellular atypia and pleomorphism. In the past a low grade and benign variants were described, now all such lesions are considered aggressive digital papillary adenocarcinomas and some just call the tumour digital papillary adenocarcinomas without the word aggressive in the title as all are malignant. It is a rare carcinoma of the eccrine gland (however Ackerman regarded as being of apocrine origin and called it papillary carcinoma). This tumour can destroy bone.

Well done. You are all correct. Don't forget that metastatic papillary carcinoma may mimic this tumor.
