Basaloid cells in peryphery and vacuolated clear cells. Agree, sebaceous adenoma. It´s necessary to rule out a Muir-Torre syndrome.

Such a relief to have a nice easy one to end the week after the past 2 days!!! I don't have any information or immunohistochemistry that would help with the Muir Torre Syndrome.

Have a wonderful weekend.

I have a car meet up tomorrow so that will keep me happy but not necessarily out of mischief!!
