Myofibroma/myofibromatosis. DD inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour. For immuno SMA, Desmin, ALK,....

A biphasic pattern: one component is represented by pale-staining myoid cells arranged in nodules, and the other component is formed by smaller round to spindled cells with hemangiopericytoma-like vasculature. As there’s only one lesion, it should be called solitary myofibroma.
