This is a Verruciforme xanthoma. Main DD is granular cell tumour

It may be a verruciform xanthomatous lesion in a patient with CHILD syndrome. Thick obliterating parakeratosis is compatible with VX or VX-like lesions in CHILD syndrome.

Beautiful pictures of verruciform xanthoma. The biopsy was probably taken from the oral mucosa and shows digitated squamous hyperplasia with tiers of parakeratosis overlying an expanded submucosa filled with collections of foamy macrophages.
