Agree. Chondroid syringoma (mixed tumor of the skin) with tubular cystic and branching lumina.

I think mixed tumor is the correct diagnosis. There are branching tubules and prominent cystic spaces embedded in a myxoid and hyaline stroma. The tubules epithelium shows decapitation secretion suggesting apocrine differentiation. The localization of the lesion makes difficult the distinction between superficial portion of a primary salivary gland mixed tumor and primary sweat gland tumor.
