By the way, I feel that McKee's Great Book not only hits the dermatopathology textbooks but also the dermatology books as well, in terms of definition of dermatohistopathology, profound aetiopathogenesis, clinical descripition and quality of images. Billions of thanks to Dr. Calonje and Dr. McKee for their very hard work, which is exceedingly helpful for my patients and medical practise..

Sorry but the diagnosis is eccrine spiradenocarcinoma. The top right field shows a hint of residual dual phase population and squamous morulae are a particular feature of this tumor. Many thanks for your contributions this week and have a great weekend. Phillip
