This is a good example of plaque stage mycosis fungoides both clinically and histologically. The tumor cells were CD4 positive. Transformation is a very good thought. Unfortunately, this is an old case which long antedated the use of CD30 or even the concept of transformation and so I cannot answer that question. have a great weekend.

Mycosis fungoides, transformation is a good idea because there is few epidermotropism, and some large cells are apparent within the infiltrate
