You are all so good. Epithelioid fibrous histiocytoma is the correct diagnosis. Desmoplastic spitz nevus is an excellent differential diagnosis and obviously S-100 protein immunohistochemistry should be used to exclude this possibility. Next week I am in London and Iskander will be looking after the spot diagnoses. Have a great weekend. Phillip
