Today a little bit late but I agree with mucinous carcinoma, primary cutaneous(maybe metastatic ?) Anyone who knows about endocrine mucin producing sweat gland carcinoma? Lets see İHC findings including endocrine markers...

My differential diagnosis includes a metastasing carcinoma, which is unlikely, based on this clinical setting (i.e. solitary lesion on the face). A solid pattern of mucinous carcinoma (as may be in this case) has also been described in Dr. McKee's great textbook.
