Well done. The diagnosis is patch stage mycosis fungoides and I completely agree that the histology of a lymphomatoid drug reaction can be indistinguishable. Clinicopathological correlation is essential.

There is epidermotropism of atypical lymphocytes, in areas aligned singly along the basal layer, against the back ground of cold epidermis (non spongiotic),, I will consider this early patch stage MF and will like to exclude history of drug intake to exclude the possibility of lymphomatoid drug reaction, T cell type (drug induced T cell lymphoma) as it mimics clinically and pathologically MF.
