Agreed mycosis fungoides. Mind you many other lymphomas (e.g. Sezary syndrome, ATLL etc) and as mentioned an adverse drug reaction can have MF-like features. Clinciopathological correlation and immunohistochemistry are always necessary before coming to a definitive diagnosis. Have a wonderful weekend. Phillip

This is Mycosis Fungoides, as well as all the features mentioned, the atypical lymphocytes are disrupting the keratinocyte structure.

Epidermal lymphoid cells are larger than those of dermal ones, Pautrier microabscesses are observed. Lymphocytes tagging around the basal layer with halo appearance also supports mycosis fungoides histopathologically.
