37 year old with a large nevoid lesion on the shoulder since childhood. The patient recently developed a BCC within the lesion.

Firstly happy New Year to you all and many thanks to Iskander for looking after the site while I had a couple of weeks off. Secondly an exciting piece of news. Cutaneous Adnexal Tumors (Dmitry Kazakov, Michal Michal, Denisa Kacerovska, Phillip McKee (Wolters Kluwer/Lippincott) will soon be in the book shops, Amazon etc. I have just received an advance copy and it is beautiful. An absolute must for all those who have the difficult pleasure of reporting adnexal tumors. Dmitry has done a great job as first author and made things a lot easier using breast and salivary gland tumors for comparison purposes. It is a very unique book. Everyone agrees with today's diagnosis of basaloid follicular hamartoma.
