Well done all those diagnosed MANIAC. The age of the patient is a major clue obviously. The pagetoid cells are very uniform. The epidermis shows psoriasiform hyperplasia rather than the jagged irregular acanthosis seen in many acral melanomas. There is a central scar which also raises recurrent nevus phenomenon as an additional cause of the atypia.
